Nominations open now
The Doyenne Awards return for 2026 as part of the Doyenne Does IWD conference — celebrating the women whose talent, leadership and impact continue to shape the leasehold and residential property sector.
Nominations are now open across all categories, recognising excellence in customer service, leadership, professional expertise, innovation, community engagement and more. Each entry should include a 500-word summary and at least one testimonial, helping our judges understand the achievements behind every nomination.
Entries closes at midnight on 11 January 2026, soon after which the shortlist will be announced.
Stay tuned for updates, key dates and this year’s finalists as we move toward another inspiring celebration of the sector’s standout women and rising stars.

The Oval is conveniently located outside of the congestion charge zone, on London's super cycle highway, and within walking distance from four underground stations. The closest station is Vauxhall.
When arriving at the Oval, head for the Alec Stewart gate - the event itself is in the Ashes Suite in the JM Finn stand.
