Having worked for several well-known and respected property management companies Sam’s knowledge and practical experience cannot be overstated. After successfully completing her APC Sam is now a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Sam’s commitment to improving the industry culminated in her appointment as a Director of the Institute of Property Management (IRPM) in 2015. With over 20 years’ experience Sam not only has an in-depth knowledge but has accumulated a large network of contacts throughout the industry.

Sam recalls a distinct lack of women in senior positions at the beginning of her career. With little female support available when starting out it is Sam’s aim to ensure that this is not the case for the ambitious and enthusiastic entering the industry. Sam believes that is essential for women to support women for the sector to grow and hence became a founding member of Doyenne to provide a collaborative and inspirational environment for women to achieve.
